Every program starts with a personalized movement screen and assessment to ensure your training plan is tailored to your position, injury history, and the specific demands of the game. We don't use generic gym routines. Our system is designed to build the complete lacrosse athlete:
1. Foundational Athletes (Ages 10-14):
The core focus is on multi-planar mobility (hip/shoulder rotation), foundational strength, and deceleration control—essential for change-of-direction movements and safe shooting mechanics. We build the physical literacy needed before adding heavy loads.
2. High School Athletes:
This phase is about developing explosive power and relentless stamina. We integrate rotational medicine ball work, reactive agility drills, and position-specific strength complexes (e.g., single-leg power for dodging). The goal is increased on-field velocity and maintaining peak intensity late in the fourth quarter.
3. Collegiate & Advanced Athletes:
Training elevates to maximizing absolute power, optimizing energy systems for high-output intervals, and advanced recovery strategies. We focus on maximizing ground-to-implement force transfer (shooting/passing power) and robust durability to withstand a full season of contact and travel.
